Certified Affordable Housing Provider offers residential property rental services in Lubbock, Texas.

Our services include:

  • Tenant screening and qualification

  • Lease application processing

  • SMS-based communication and scheduling

  • Property management support

3. SMS Communications & Consent

By submitting your phone number through our website, inquiry form, or any other channel, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Certified Affordable Housing Provider, including:

  • Rental inquiry responses

  • Screening and qualification information

  • Move-in requirements and pricing details

  • Appointment scheduling via our booking system

  • Follow-up messages regarding your application

Message frequency will vary based on your inquiry status. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

4. Rental Eligibility & Qualification

All rental applications are subject to a qualification process. We offer two rental programs:

Regular Rental

Standard rental units available to qualified applicants based on our screening criteria.


Handyman Rental

Units available to tenants willing to handle cosmetic repairs in exchange for 4 months at half the standard rent. Full eligibility terms apply.

Qualification Buckets

Applicants are evaluated and placed into one of the following categories based on their responses:

  • Highly Qualified: Meets all standard criteria including 2+ years employment history, 2+ years rental history, no eviction in the last 12 months, income of at least 3x the monthly rent, and no prior tenancy with us

  • High Risk: Partially meets criteria — standard deposit required

  • Extremely High Risk: Has been evicted within the last 12 months or is a previous tenant — double deposit required

Certified Affordable Housing Provider reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion in compliance with applicable fair housing laws.

5. Move-In Requirements

Move-in requirements are determined by qualification category:

All move-in requirements are subject to change and will be confirmed in writing at the time of lease signing.

6. Fair Housing

Certified Affordable Housing Provider complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, or any other protected class.

7. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
